Stamping

     Stamping means decorative foil design on different materials (paperboard, vinyl, leather, etc.). It is used for production of business cards, invitations, Letterheads, postcards, personalization of corner folders, items from natural and artificial leather. Stamping with the use of holographic foil is frequently used to protect documents from forgery. Hot stamping is performed by foil with standard colors. It is impossible to get complex structure colors.
   It is suggested to use a few types of foil to get an imprint: metal (gold, silver, bronze), colorant (matte or glossy, looks like paint), holographic (with different geometric ornaments, recurring pictures, segments of inscriptions which perception depends on vision angle). Suggested stamping is produced by photopolymer printing block. Technology is based on image application by pressing printing block (warmed till certain temperature) on the material.
   Information is contained on a special form which is a printing block. It can be made of polymer, zinc, magnesium, copper, brass or other material. The printing block is fixed on the plate of the presser and warmed till required temperature is achieved. In case foil is used in stamping the printing block is warmed up to 105-120 degrees. The main advantage of this technology is that common and widespread products become unique and individual at minimum price and time.
