Embroidery

     Embroidery enables to apply a trade mark on soft fluffy fibers even in cases when other technologies are unacceptable. Embroidery is an optimal technology of image application on coarse fiber things, polo shirts, baseball caps, towels, scarfs, bags, leather items and other similar surfaces. Compared to silk-screen printing, embroidery distinguishes with thread color durability and volumetric texture of embroidery adds more expensive and presentable appearance to the image.
   Cost of embroidery is defined by specific original model as specific number of stitches; lay tightness and embroidery area are taken into account. Number of thread colors used in embroidery is limited to12 colors that enable to embroider not only standard logos but also multicolor pictures with smooth color change. Embroidery technology has certain limits in representation of minor image elements and thin lines due to thread thickness.
